FAQ

How do I send you my tracks?

When you fill out the form in one of our services page you will have the option to upload you files through there! We also accept files through common file sharing sites such as Google Drive or Dropbox.

For mixing please send project stems (tracks for each instrument) and a demo for reference. For mastering please send a mixed stereo track. For stem mastering services please consolidate stems into instrument groups.

We prefer dry tracks (tracks with no effects) so please do not send tracks with effects or plug-ins such as EQ, compression, reverb, delay on them. If an effect is crucial to the production such as AutoTune or a guitar amp sim they should be on the export tracks. If there are any sounds within the demo that you like (like a certain reverb or delay) please make note of them in the project submission form!

We accept all standard audio file formats (WAV, MP3, M4A, FLACC, OGG, AIFF, AAC) but for best results please try to send high quality uncompressed audio files such as (WAV, FLACC, AIFF).

Standard audio quality is typically exported at 44.lkHz 24-bit but we accept sample rates of (44.1, 48, 88.2, 96, 176.4, and 192 kHz) and bit depths (16-bit, 24-bit, 32-bit)

Of course! We always encourage sending reference tracks as it will help us get a better picture of the sound you are trying to achieve within you record though they are not required.

We offer a maximum of three revisions per song.

Typical turnaround time is 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) but faster times can be request for an extra fee. Depending on work volume turnaround times may be quicker than expected!
